Yaneliz Del Mar Rosado Fonseca is the CEO and Managing Attorney of the firm, where she represents clients before Federal Courts, Immigration Courts, and the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS). With over a decade of legal experience, she is a passionate and dedicated advocate committed to protecting the rights of individuals and families navigating complex federal and immigration matters.
Attorney Rosado Fonseca earned her Juris Doctor, Cum Laude, from the Pontifical Catholic University of Puerto Rico School of Law, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice with a concentration in Forensic Psychology, Magna Cum Laude, from the University of Puerto Rico. She is licensed to practice law in Puerto Rico and admitted before the U.S. District Court for the District of Puerto Rico and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas.

Before founding the firm, she served for six years as an Attorney Advisor with the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA), providing legal counsel on federal and state laws governing disaster loan programs for homeowners and business owners. In addition, she taught for three years as a university professor in Puerto Rico in the Criminal Justice Program at Ana G. Méndez University, where she instructed courses in Criminal Law, Criminal Procedure, Evidence, Judicial Procedures, and Legal Office Administration.
Her work in immigration law began in 2024, when she joined YMCA International Services in Houston as a Staff Attorney for the Legal Access Services for Reunified Families (LASRF). While working at this non-profit organization she provided pro-bono services to the immigrant community and specialized herself in all the immigration reliefs available for the Ms. L Settlement Agreement Class Members and Qualifying Additional Family Members. In this role, she assisted more than one hundred thirty families in applications for Asylum and for Withholding of Removal, Humanitarian Parole, Parole in Place, Advance Parole, Travel Documents, Employment Authorization, among other immigration reliefs before the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR).
